Yes we are insured. We are able to get a copy of a Certificate of Additional Insured if your venue requires it. Please let us know if you will need a copy before your event.
Yes, for inflatable and soft play rental a $50 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. If you have to cancel your rental your deposit is not refunded, however we can apply the deposit to an event in the future.
For tables and chairs you are required to pay half at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due the day of your event before set up.
Yes! All rentals will be cleaned throughly with a disinfectant cleaner before being delivered to the event.
We want to do whatever we can to keep everyone safe. If wind gusts are over 10-15 mph or it is raining the day of the event we may need to cancel. If we have to cancel due to weather you will get your deposit back. You can also choose to reschedule your event at no additional charge if there is availability.
We are located in Elgin, South Carolina and serve surronding areas!
If the event is more than 30 minutes from our location we will charge a milage fee of $1 a mile. This is to and from the event location.
